SIE confirms outsourcing of "God of War 4" PC version created by Canadian developers

Sony confirmed that the PC version of "God of War 4" is outsourcing and is produced by Canadian developer Jetpack Interactive.

In a statement to foreign media Arstechnica, SIE said the Canadian developer is creating a PC version of "God of War 4", and the original developer Sony Santa Monica is responsible for supervision.

Jetpack is a transplant studio and auxiliary studio that has been involved in the development of Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Wars 2, Dark Souls (PC) and multiple NBA Live games.

Interestingly, one of the works being developed on a JetPack programmer's LinkedIn resume includes "God of War 5: Ragnarok", which is not known whether it is a mistake or is indeed supporting the console version of the game that is developing Sony Santa Monica.
