At the PAX South exhibition this year, the new work "New Ice City Legend 4" announced by the "Waste Land 2" developer Inxile Entertainment will hold the crowdfunding activity of this work on June 2nd and the 30th anniversary of the release of the series.

The "New Ice City Legend" series has been released for a total of four works, but the fourth part released in 2004 is not an orthodox sequel. After that, the series disappeared.

Eurogamer's Brian Fargo said in an interview that this crowdfunding target amount is 1.25 million US dollars, and the new work will use the "PhotoGrammetry" modeling technology used in "Essen Carter's Disappearing" and "Star Wars: Frontline".
