Tencent Games released an internal letter today, announcing a large-scale restructuring of its Tianmei Studio Group.This adjustment aims to optimize the organizational structure, improve R&D efficiency, and concentrate resources to create high-quality games to cope with increasingly fierce market competition.

The new Tianmei Studio Group led by Yao Xiaoguang will be integrated into four major R&D sub-studios (J1, L1, J3, T1), as well as Z1 Studio, responsible for innovation incubation and pioneering international G1 Studio.

After the reorganization, the Tianmei Studio Group will form four major R&D sub-studios:
