The "Devil May Cry" series has not been released for a long time. Recently, Daniel Southworth, the voice actor of Virgil of Devil May Cry, seems to have revealed a new project - the remake of "Devil May Cry 3" may be under development!

Recently, at the symposium on the 25th anniversary of "Devil May Cry", someone asked about Southworth's feelings about dubbing the character again after many years.He said that it took about 15 years since Devil May Cry 3 to re-play Virgil in Devil May Cry 5.During this time he changed himself, Capcom also adjusted his character's age so he was able to adapt to Virgil's voice changes.

Southworth also said he recently completed the voice work of a Capcom game that has not been announced, in which he will play the younger version of Virgil.He didn't reveal the name of the game, but said the new development team asked him to use the sound of Devil May Cry 3 in 2004 to play the role.This was challenging for him as he needed to regain his youthful voice and practiced constantly to achieve a tone that fits the “teenage sense”.
