According to the latest news from foreign media, Samsung will start to use Chinese storage patented technology to produce corresponding chips in the second half of this year.

Recently, Samsung Electronics has signed a patent license agreement with Chinese memory chip manufacturer Changjiang Storage to develop the "hybrid bonding" technology required to stack more than 400 layers of NAND Flash.

According to sources, Samsung plans to mass-produce the next-generation V10 NAND in the second half of 2025, and will use Yangtze Memory's patented technology, especially in terms of "hybrid bonding" technology.
