Developer ROCKFISH Games announced that the DLC "Wrath of the Ancients" of "Eternal Space 2" will be launched on May 12 and will be priced at $29.99.

"Space pilots don't have to wait too long to experience this exciting chapter of the Eternal Space legend. This massive expansion pack integrates much of what players in our community have been expecting: new locations of exploration, more enemies to fight, a new ship that needs to master the skills of driving, and equipment to be discovered. "Ancient Wrath" continues the story of Eternal Space 2, adding new galaxies to explore and expanding existing galaxies with new side missions.

Players will be able to fly a new spacecraft to fight alien enemies and ancient threats in a new story following the Eternal Space 2 plot.The mysterious attack destroyed the human settlements in the 34th Cluster, putting the power of factions into turmoil and survivors were trapped.As this destruction occurs, the originally unstable peace between humans and Okkar is threatened—space pilots will venture into Okkar’s parent galaxy to explore the truth behind the threat before the war in the demilitarized zone reignites.

In the plot of "Ancient Wrath", the transition door opens to four brand new, fully exploreable galaxies, including Okar's parent galaxy and Aethon galaxy, adding more secrets to the 34th Cluster.These new galaxies will be filled with new enemies, weapons and equipment to be discovered.

"Eternal Space 2" is currently available on the PS5, Xbox Series console platforms, as well as on the PC platform through Steam, GOG and Microsoft Stores.
