The online server of "Warner Fight" was officially closed today, announcing the end of this crossover "Nintendo Fight" competitor under Warner Bros. Games.

The issuer announced as early as January this year that the fifth season of the game will be the last season, from February 5 to May 30.

Today, at 0:00 Beijing time, the game was officially offline and removed from the PlayStation store, Microsoft store, Steam and Epic game stores.

The game can still be played in offline mode, but the premise is that players need to log in to the game at any time after February 4th to today's server shutdown.

"After logging in, the system will automatically create a local save file associated with your PlayStation Network, Microsoft Store, Steam or Epic Game Store account, allowing you to continue playing offline with all acquired and purchased content."

Since the announcement of the game's outage, the real currency trading function has been turned off, but players holding the remaining "Shining Crystal Coins" and character tokens can continue to use it to purchase in-game content before the server is closed.

Fees paid by players for "Shining Crystal Coins" or other content purchased in real currency will not be refunded.

Players continue to express dissatisfaction with the way the game is suspended. Some players complain that the "founder package" - especially the $99.99 "premium founder package" launched during the game's first operation in 2022 - includes character unlock tokens, but now when the game is suspended, there are not enough characters for players to use up all tokens.

From a technical perspective, this is the second time Warner Battle has been suspended.The game was a great success when it first launched in July 2022, with the peak number of people online at the Steam platform reaching 153,433.However, the player base has dropped rapidly and the game was shut down for nearly a year.
