The plot of "The Fall of Atoms" DLC "Evil Island" will be available on all platforms on June 3, 2025.

This expansion pack adds new scenes to the game, including independent characters, enemies, as well as additional clues, weapons, skills, and props, and adds multiple new endings to the main plot.

Inspired by the folk horror elements in the game, the story of the plot expansion pack takes place on "Midsummer Night Island".Players need to talk to the boatman at Wyndham Village Pier to land on the island. He will provide information about the island and give the player the first clue.

In order to resist the enemies on the island, the game has added a series of weapons and even supernatural abilities: use a "smoothbore shotgun" to bombard the enemy, use a crystallized "corrosion dagger" to purify infected enemies, and even use new abilities to turn the enemy's corpse into fungal spores without leaving any trace.

Ben Fisher, design director of Rebellion Studio, explained: "Midsummer Night Island is close to the ‘Windscale Atom Factory’, so residents and environments are more infected than the mainland. Players will encounter new enemy factions, including pirates and infected druids. To help players survive, new weapons can be obtained on the island, such as the extremely destructive smoothbore shotgun, new bows, scimitars, daggers and beekeeper staff. In addition, players can learn new skills to assist in exploration, and the upgraded metal detector can dig out more treasure hiding points."

The clues unlocked in "Evil Island" will open up multiple plot branches, and some of them will even bring a new ending possibility to the main plot of "Fallen Atom".
