After the news of the miscarriage of the Black Panther game project, the concept art pictures suspected of being the work have been leaked online recently.Images released by user @notfunEman show that the cancelled work was originally scheduled to use Skrull as the main villain.

The leaked content includes Wakanda scene setting diagram, game world map, and an uninstalled cutscene storyboard.According to the publisher, the scene shows a ritual showdown between Techara and his son Azari, which ends with the Skrulls raiding the Black Panthers.

Currently, Marvel fans can still look forward to "Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra" developed by Skydance Games, but the work has been confirmed to be postponed to early 2026.
