Recently, Nintendo officially announced on Nintendo Today! that it will hold the 'Nintendo Live Tokyo 2025' event focusing on Nintendo Switch 2.

The event will be held from October 4 to October 5, 2025 at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center (South 1.2 Hall).During the event, participants can experience the Nintendo Switch 2 game, and will also hold the first global Mario Kart: World Invitational 2025, at which time players from all over the world will participate.

Registration for the Mario Kart: World competition is expected to start in July 2025, and registration for the event will be opened in August 2025.More details will be announced in the future.
