Quantum Solutions has suspended the development of JP Games' project "Jewel" (development code).This 3A-level RPG was originally released under the tentative name "Shallah". The trial version was completed on July 10, 2024, but the project has not been updated since then.

JP Games is a game studio founded by former SE development member and director of Final Fantasy 15."Shallah", announced by the company in February last year, was described as a cutting-edge RPG for adult players, based on the story of "One Thousand and One Nights".The project was jointly promoted by JP Games and artificial intelligence development company Quantum Solutions, which signed a funding cooperation agreement for the game with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Investment.

Quantum Solutions stated that after evaluating the trial version of "Jewel", it believed that the game needs to be adjusted to better meet market demand and asked JP Games to modify some of the content.But the company said JP Games has not yet made a "clear response" to the modification requirements and has decided to suspend development.The statement stated that the development material received from JP Games is still being evaluated, with careful consideration of its future availability and potential, but "no further development or investment will be promoted at this stage."

Quantum Solutions promises that if the Jewel project restarts or is officially cancelled in the future, a separate announcement will be issued.
