Creative Assembly (CA) announced the postponement of its upcoming Total War 3: Warhammer DLC Tide of Suffering, delaying the launch of the DLC from a previously planned summer to an unspecified date later this year.

In a blog post on CA's official website, community director Adam Freeman explained that the delay of The Tide of Suffering was because the expansion package currently fails to meet the company's quality standards."In recent game tests, we asked ourselves whether this new DLC met the criteria set by our recent releases, and the short answer was no," Freeman wrote."However, we believe it can be achieved, so we want to invest more time in development, review content, and enhance the gaming experience it will bring."

In March this year, CA revealed that "Tide of Pain" will introduce the Serpentine Legend Lord Disarah to the Slaanes camp.Then in May, CA further announced the new Norska camp led by a warlock called the Breacher Seer.CA originally planned to share more news about these two camps soon.But with the delay of DLC, CA is likely to postpone its upcoming "Search Plan" video focusing on Slaanesia and Nosca.
