"Metal Gear 3: Remake" will include the mini game "Guy Savage" in the original PS2 game.

"Guy Savage" was originally an Easter egg in the PS2 game.This basic hack and slash game is written and directed by Shuyo Murata, a senior game producer in Konami.Later, Shuyo Murata served as co-director of "Metal Gear 4" as an unsigned identity.

When asked about this mini game after the release of "Metal Gear 3", former director Hideo Kojima revealed that he originally planned to include "Cruise Cruise" (a 2D horizontal scroll flying shooting game developed by Konami), but finally decided to include an original game.

Additionally, “Guy Savage” had planned to develop into a full official game, but was eventually cancelled.

Now in "Metal Gear 3: Remake", this mini-game will return and will be developed by Platinum Studio.

In the game, players can unlock "Guy Savage" in two ways: one is to pass any difficulty; the other is to exit the torture scene archive of Groznigler, and the mini-game will be triggered when they enter again.

"Metal Gear 3: Remake" will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC platforms on August 28.
