Shibata: This must be mentioned in the early stage of development. When we first developed "Niwang 3", we wanted to challenge the open map, because the open map will switch to the next place after the open map is guided. Shibata: First of all, we have continuously improved these elements in the open map, for example, more exploration factors and the density of these elements, etc. We have continuously improved them after the trial version.
As for the difficulty of the map, after all, this game is a dark Warring States action game. We think the most important thing is to create an open map with both Nio style and tension, so there are still elements such as dense enemies, strong enemies in the distance, or some places that seem difficult to guide.While maintaining tension, we also hope that players can gain a sense of accomplishment when challenging these difficult elements by successfully overcoming difficulties after repeated challenges.This part is what we value most in terms of balance, and we aim to create a nervous open map of Nio, not a map that can be explored leisurely.
