Recently, Famitong released the sales estimates of Japanese physical game software from September 15 to 21, 2025.The new work "Legend of Heroes: The1st" has become the best-selling game, with 21,511 copies and 21,453 copies sold in the PlayStation 5 and Switch versions respectively, and the total physical sales in the first week reached 42,964 copies, which together has surpassed "Mario Kart: World".Among other new works, the Switch version of Castlevania: Ruler Collection ranked fifth with 9,503 copies, while the Switch version of "Five-point Flower Marriage: Fantasy, Abyss and Magic Academy" entered the top ten with 5,077 copies.

In terms of hardware, the Switch 2 sold 40,711 units this week, continuing to lead; the total sales of the Switch series models were 66,323 units; the total sales of the PlayStation 5 series models were 8,384 units; the total sales of the Xbox Series models were 395 units; and the total sales of the PlayStation 4 were 18 units.
