Current maintenance status

Due to lack of time and resources, the author has not maintained phosphorus.Since the Minecraft 1.20 version, the light engine of the game has made significant improvements, so the patch of most phosphorus is no longer applicable or useful.

Overview

PHOSPHOR is a module that is dedicated to optimizing the worst -optimized optimization in MC to save CPUs and improve performance.Through some optimization, the performance of the MC in the light engine has been improved, and some long -term light errors have been repaired.

It supports clients and servers, and the client does not need to be installed when the server is installed.

When using PHOSPHOR, the time for generating blocks in some dimensions will be halved, and the time for generating the world will also be greatly reduced.

PHOSPHOR does not change the characteristics of the original game and supports most terrain modules.

Forge version compatibility

Optifine compatibility

Phosphor is completely compatible with Optifine.

Cubicchunks compatibility

Because Cubicchunks uses its own rendering engine, Phosphor is completely incompatible with Cubicchunks.

Dynamiclights compatibility

Phosphor is not completely compatible with Dynamiclights.

Spongeforge compatibility

PHOSPHOR has tested the compatibility with SpongeForge Minecraft 1.12.2, but you must use the latest version of SPONGEFORGE (1.12.2-2838-7.1.8-RC3844 or higher) and the latest version of Phosphor (0.2.3+).

PHOSPHOR will be compatible with lower versions of SpongeForge.

In addition, you must turn off Asynchronous Lighting in the SPONGE settings file, otherwise the module will be optimized reverse.

Liteloader compatibility

PHOSPHOR 0.2.7 conflicts with LiteLoader. You need to use version 0.2.6.

Other tips

Forge 1.12.2 It is recommended to use the branch module 燐 (hesperus) author is too lazy to update the updated branch Alfheim Lighting Engine.

In the forge version 1.12.2, it is recommended to use the 0.2.6 version, and the 0.2.7 version may have various compatibility issues.

In the forge version 1.15.2, you also need MixinBootstrap 1.0.2+ as the front.

Note: In FORGE 1.12.2 (that is, Mixinbootstrap is used as the front version without requiring), please do not install MixinBootstrap separately, otherwise it will cause collapse.

Regarding other MOD MODs that need to be Mixinbootstrap alone, this module can be used as its front, and no MixinBootstrap can be installed separately.

Reason: This version of phosphorus has provided built -in Mixin, and repeated installation will of course collapse.

Fabric version compatibility

This module is completely compatible with Optifine, Lithium, Sodium.

This module is not compatible with StarLight because it rewrite the light engine.

The server recommends using Starlight instead, which is faster.

Other versions transplantation

1.16.5 -1.19.4 Forge can use the non -official Forge port version of Radon.

1.12.2 / 1.8.9 Legacy Fabric has an unofficial transplant version: Phosphor-Legacy.

1.8.9 Forge has a non-official portal branch: Phosphor-Legacy-FORGE.

1.7.10 Forge's non -official transplants are Archaic Fix.
