This MOD can::

Allow the armor bars to exceed 20, and draw a layer of different colors on the top of the previous layer to display a higher value;

Add an armor tough bar, which has the same function as the armor bar, but is used for armor toughness.

This MOD is not:

Change the armor/tough calculation or effect.

Add anything higher than the toughness of the armor.
