Ubisoft announced today that they have added a new anti -cheating system called Battleye for "Rainbow Six: Siege", supplemented the deficiencies of the existing Fairfight anti -cheating server, and described as a protective cover on the game.

The R6 technical architect explained: "You can imagine it as an anti -virus software, scan your memory, monitor and understand signs of cheating."

Battleye is still in the Beta testing stage. Ubisoft will test the large -scale test of all PC players for several weeks.

"At present, this system will not trigger any account ban (unless it is monitored by Fairfight). When it is officially used, the anti -cheating system will kick all chef players out of the game and get a special prompt."
