One Piece 2D fighting "One Piece: Pirate Fighting Skills" landed on 3DS

Bandai Namco just issued an announcement today that the company will launch a 2D battle fighting game "One Piece: Big One Pirates Skills" made by the Animation of the same name as a prototype of the Nintendo 3DS Handheld Platform.
