R Star acquires Video Games Deluxe, a developer of mobile game version of "GTA: Trilogy - Ultimate Edition"

Just now, R Star officially announced the acquisition of Video Games Deluxe, the developer behind the mobile version of "GTA: Trilogy - Ultimate Edition". The studio was established by former R Star employee Brendan McNamara. It is located in Sydney, Australia. He has led the development of games such as "Black Los Angeles".After the acquisition, R Star renamed it to Rockstar Australia.

Video Games Deluxe has worked with R Star to develop a variety of games, including the re-released "Black Los Angeles" and "Black Los Angeles: VR Case Archives" in 2017, and the recent "Ultimate Edition of the GTA Trilogy" upgraded for iOS and Android, Netflix and modern consoles.
