"The Last Survivor" presents a cruel world of doomsday, where people struggle to survive. But this is not hardcore enough for Neil Druckman. Recently, he said that the science fiction game "Star: The Prophet" will not be as dangerous as "The Last Survivor", but it will make players feel endlessly lonely.

Recently, Neil Druckman talked about the plot of "Star: The Prophet of Heretics" in a new episode of Sony. The heroine Jordan is trapped in a distant planet, Senpiria, shrouded in fog and shadow. She is forced to face the terrifying environment alone, lonely, desperate and helpless.

Neil said "Star: The Prophet" is a science fiction game about religion. This story takes place in another future after 2000, which deviates from our timeline. In the late 1980s, a new religion was born in Senpiria.Prosperous, mixed changes, at some point in Sempiria's history, everything stopped.Communications from the planet were interrupted and no one knew why.

Neil said: "I really want to make a game about faith and religion, but I also want to make a game about loneliness. There was always an ally in many of our previous games with you. I really want the player to be lost in a place and be confused about what happened there. The heroine Jordan would want to know what the history of the Sampirians is like? There has been no news for the planet for 600 years, so if you want to get out of here, you have to figure out what happened on that planet."

Neil also joked that "Star: The Prophet" will definitely not attract people as hated as "The Last Survivor 2"."I joked with the team that in The Last Survivor 2, we made some creative decisions that caused many people to be offended. Many people like it, but many people hate it," he said.

Neil continued: “So we want to do something that people don’t care so much, that’s a game about faith and religion.”
