Foreign media Digital Foundry seems to have confirmed in their latest video that "Cyberpunk 2077" will be the first game on Switch 2 to confirm the use of DLSS.

Digital Foundry recently started to try out the Switch 2 version of "Cyberpunk 2077". Although the ported version is still being optimized, it can run 30 frames and has a resolution of between 540p-1080p.
