Epic sues Fortnite cheating software developers and dealers

According to foreign media reports, Epic Games has filed new lawsuits against Fortnite cheating software developers Sincey Cheats and Vanta Cheats.

This legal case targets the developers of the aimbot software and its multiple distributors.The case has been submitted to North Carolina, where Epic Games is headquartered.Epic reports that since February 2022, action has been taken against “ten thousand” Fortnite accounts detected using the Sincey Cheats cheating software.In the United States alone, Epic claims to have banned “more than 15,000” accounts.

Epic Games accused Ediz Atas (aka Sincey Cheats and Vanta Cheats) of profiting from developing and selling its ace Battle Royale game Fortnite cheating software since at least January 2023.The company also sued five unnamed defendants, accusing them of reselling the software.
