The blacklist and shape of the setting item of "AllowXXX" complement each other.

For example, if an item is in the blacklist, regardless of whether the corresponding "AllowXXX" is true, this item will not be planted.

- /Saplanding Blacklist ADD : Add designated items to the blacklist (if the designated items already exist on the blacklist or this item is not a plant, it will not be added to the blacklist); it will not be added to the blacklist);
