Scanning research

After getting the electronic scanner, take the material on the spot and scan metal block and pressure board in the dungeon to unlock metallurgical and geological.

Get the blueprint

Make a scanner to get the blueprint. The picture shows the GUI of the scanner:

Put it in the red boxes to be scanned;

Display scanning results in the green box;

Select the discipline in the yellow frame;

Purple frame output research blueprint;

The orange frame is another entrance to the technology tree.

Here we briefly introduce the rules of scanning:

Put the scanned items in the scanner, and select the correct subject match. Click the scan to get the corresponding research blueprint.

Scanning does not consume any items, but it will consume a few seconds of your precious time.

One item may have different "disciplines" to get different research blueprints.

A study blueprint may be obtained by scanning different items (but the discipline combination is the same).In other words, the two items A and B passes through a certain "discipline" may get the same blueprint.

When you don't know what items should be scanned next, check your technology tree!

After generally understand the rules of the scanner, start!

Put the items you want to scan in the red box and click "Scan".If a red fork appears, it means that this item does not have a research value and needs to be replaced.

If a yellow question mark appears, it means that you can't study this item now, and "front research" has not been unlocked.Change another item.

If the puzzle icon appears, it means that the corresponding discipline is not completely selected and the subject needs to be selected in the yellow frame.It is recommended to try one subject and one discipline.

Then take a discipline in the yellow frame, and then click to scan. It is likely that a yellow fork number icon appears, which shows that the discipline you just re -elected is wrong.You need to cancel the discipline you just selected, and then choose other disciplines.

Scanning when choosing a discipline, puzzle icons may appear again, which shows that the discipline you choose is correct, but there is no selection of all corresponding disciplines, and you need to continue to be selected.(In the early stage, research items usually only need one discipline, which uses other items as a demonstration)

Finally, the appropriate discipline was successfully selected, and a star appeared on the screen.At the same time, a research blueprint is generated in the purple frame.

Research desk

With the research blueprint, it is necessary to put it in the study table.The GUI of the Research Desk as shown in the figure:

Put the research blueprint in the purple frame;

In the blue box, the starting button is started;

The fork number in the yellow frame can withdraw from the starting research, so that the blueprint can be taken out (cautiously, the progress of the research will be lost);

Put the materials required for the research in the red box, which will eventually be consumed;

The green frame is the progress of the research;

Click the star button in the orange frame to open the "research reward" item bar of the research desk (only when the study can be opened when there are research rewards in the study).

Put the research blueprint into the purple frame and click the button in the blue frame to start research.The research desk will display the required materials.

After putting the corresponding items at the instructions of the research desk, the progress bar below starts to grow.

After waiting for the progress bar, this study is complete.You can open the technology tree to see what research has been unlocked.At the same time, you can notice that the stars in the orange frame have changed from gray to yellow.Click to open the research reward bar.
