Fluid transmission related equipment

Fluid transmission related equipment include target containers, electric pumps, fluid calibers, fluid pipes, and pipelines, machines, storage containers, etc. of other modules.

The target container here refers to the storage container, machine, etc.

The electric pump and fluid caliber can be used as a cover plate of a machine or part of the container. It has the function of extracting and pumping fluids. The difference is that the fluid caliber can accurately control the amount of fluid transmission.


Fluid pipeline

This module has a variety of fluid pipes, and they all have the following attributes:

Transmission rate: the maximum circulation rate of fluid.

Temperature limit: This attribute determines the temperature upper limit of the fluid temperature that the type of pipe can accommodate. If the fluid temperature transmitted exceeds this value, the pipeline will be melted.

Pipeline volume: The pipeline itself has the capacity of the capacity of the fluid

The types of transmission of working quality: For acidic fluids, gases, plasma, and low -temperature substances, pipelines that require specific requirements.

For example, the use of stainless steel fluid pipes can transmit sulfuric acid, but the steel pipes are not good; the use of metal pipes can transmit gases, but the use of wooden pipes or clay pipelines will cause gas leakage or even explosion.

The fluid pipeline is divided into size, and there are also single -rooted pipes and multiple pipelines. Multiple pipes can transport multiple fluids at the same time.

Safety matters: It is strictly forbidden to be close to the transmission of high -temperature fluid pipelines, otherwise burns will occur!

Electric pump

As the cover plate of the machine, fluid container and fluid pipeline, electric pump has the function of extracting and pumping fluids. It is also one of the basic formulas of common machines.

There is a simple example, as shown in the figure below:

This example consists of a container A and three target containers B, C, and D. Pay attention to the electric pump covering board tightly on the right side of the container A. Use a screw knife to view the GUI interface of the electric pump:

Maximum transmission rate: The amount of maximum extraction and pump outlets in the electric pump unit depends on the voltage level of the electric pump.

Mode: There are two types: input (extraction) and output (pumping).

Definition of input mode and output mode:

When the cover plate is installed in a machine or container: The input finger pump will transmit the external fluid to the machine or container, and the output pump will transmit the fluid in the machine or container to the outside world;

When the coverage board is installed in the fluid pipeline: The input finger pump transfers the external fluid to the pipe system, and the output finger pump will transmit the fluid in the pipe to the outside world.

Filter card slot: Place a fluid filter card to screen the required or unnecessary fluids.

It is not difficult to find that the electric pump does not have the option to distribute the mode. This is because the fluid pipes in GTCEU have the characteristics of reflux and will not be transmitted priority because the distance between the container connected.


Fluid caliber

The function of the fluid caliber is similar to the pump. The difference is that it can accurately control the amount of fluid transmission. The GUI is as follows:

Compared with the electric pump, there is one more transmission mode. There are three modes of this option: arbitrarily transmit, accurate supplies, and keep supplies.

In any transmission mode, the behavior of the electric pump is the same.

Accurate supply: When the amount of fluid in the machine, container or pipeline is greater than the value of the accurate supply setting, the transmission is transmitted, and the fluid is transmitted according to the set value.

In this case, if the coverage plate on the right side of the container A is a fluid calibration (installed on the pipe rather than the container!), When the container A contains the fluid that exceeds the setting value, the fluid is more accurate.It will be transmitted one by one according to the set value.

The accurate supply mode contains the situation of the filter card, as shown in the figure below:

The set water is 2000MB and the magma is 1000MB, so the container will output 2000MB of water and 1000MB of magma (at the same time) per second. It is assumed that there are sufficient amounts of water and magma and external pipes in the container. HoweverThe total transmission of fluids shall not be greater than the maximum transmission rate of the fluid calibrator.

Setting steps:

Insert a fluid filter card

Put storage tanks, units, and buckets containing target fluids in the Jiugongge slot
