Neoforge is a free, open source, community -oriented Minecraft module API.

Neoforge's project development process is related to Forge.The previous day, the Discord community, which was originally called Forgecord (established for FORGE project), was renamed Neoforge by the then community owner CPW.And for some reasons, almost all members of the original Forge Development Team joined the new team: Neoforget, only a few exceptions: Lexmanos (Lex, Forge Leader), Kinglemming (head of thermal team), Mezzz (Jei author), Kristiāns Micītis (former FTB leader, Kubejs team personnel).The main reason for branches is that LeX, one of the team members, has shown serious negative behaviors in the community since creating the FORGE project (about 13 years ago), and a large number of core assets of FORGE are authorized by LeX's company FORGE LLC.He has repeatedly abused the module author who asked for new features, and even banned the other party because someone asked the code to confuse the problem.In addition, he also involved sexual harassment and fear of behavior.[1] The development team of Neoforge believes that reinventing through branches and brands can better promote project development and protect the community.[2]
