Overview

Loqui's development has been suspended until the author has time and resources to properly maintain the project.

The goal of Loqui is to provide free, open source and translation driven by the community for all Minecraft modules.

Loqui relies on community contributions and can help translate in Loqui's translation project.

For users

Just put Loqui in your MODS folder, and it will download any translation you need from Loqui API, which is so simple!

For integrated package developers

Similarly, you contain loqui in your integration package, and you can allow your user to play in their mother tongue!

It is recommended that you encourage your community to join the translation project to improve the quality and quantity of translation -the more the better!

For module developers

A system is currently developing a system that allows module developers to download translation from Loqui API and directly bundle them into their modules.

Loqui has an intelligent algorithm that can make the translation accurate between different versions and ignore any existing translation that your module may provide!

benefit

Crowdsourcing translation -let the community translate for your module for free, all translations will be reviewed by verified school pairing personnel;

Automatic update -no manual update translation, Loqui will complete for you;

Download the ability of translation -if necessary, you can download translation from Crowdin and bind it directly to your module.

Technical interpretation

Loqui traverses your module folder, collects information about the module and the existing en_us.json file.

Then, it sends this information to the Loqui API, which returns any available translation and indexes any new unknown EN_US.JSON file it received so that the community can translate it.

Loqui then downloaded these translations and placed them in the right place.

quit

if:

You have provided crowdsourcing translation;

You have a custom translation system;

You don't want your module to be translated.

If you want to exit Loqui, you can implement it by adding a noloqui.txt file to your module's assets.

For example: Assets/namespace/noloqui.txt will disable the Loqui of any language file in the name space.

If you want to remove your module completely from Loqui -including any EN_US.JSON file that has been indexed in advance, contact the author directly.
