Overview

McPatcher is a Minecrft bytecode level repair program.

Its main function is to change the texture of the hard -coded, allowing you to use high -resolution high -definition packets, that is, Extended HD, also known as HD Texture Fix.

However, it also includes many functions for enhancing visual experience and using the custom texture of the author of the resource package.

Most of the functions of this module are gradually adopted by the MC version update by Optifine. Optifine above 1.8 or more already contains almost all the functions of this module.

Custom Animations (CA)

Animated textures

After MC 1.5, Mojang added the function of any block and the texture of the items.On the basis of this, MCPatcher allows other informal or objects to have animation, such as biological skin or sky boxes.

CUSTOM DIAL Animations

The original version allows you to customize the compass/clock, but the efficiency of smooth animation is generated under higher resolution texture.

McPatcher provides a method of alternative custom clock and compass animation, which can make your texture look smoother.

HD fonts (HD FONTS)

After MC 1.6, Minecraft allows higher -definition fonts than default, but customized is still limited.

MCPatcher loaded fonts from the assets/mincraft/mcpatcher/FONT folder of the resource package, which allows you to use the original custom font at the same time and higher resolution fonts that require MCPatcher.

Note: The Unicode font is not supported.

Random Mobs (RM) (RM)

This feature allows you to built different stickers in the texture package and let the game choose randomly when creating creatures.

The following is an example of random texture that is afraid of hardship:

You can also customize the probability weight of each random texture through Assets/MineCraft/MCPatcher/Mob/Creeper.properties.

Custom Colors (CC)

MCPatcher's custom color allows customized many hard -coded games in the color.

The characteristics are as follows:

Customized biological group color (grassland, fog, sky and underwater);

Custom lighting color (sunlight and torch light source);

Custom text color (notice sign, GUI, chat);

Customized items and biological colors (potion, brush eggs and leather armor);

Other block colors (red stone, pumpkin/watermelon);

Customized particle color (water drops/magma droplets, experience balls, wire).

Connective texture (CTM) (CTM)

McPatcher provides an improved version of 1.2.5 Connected Textures Mod (MineCraftforum's original sticker).

CTM allows texture packages to use custom rules to replace the square texture. For example, the texture of the glass can be connected to each other, which is combined into a whole piece of glass texture.

The Properties file that defines the CTM rule is in the Assets/MINECRAFT/MCPatcher/CTM folder or any subfaming folder. Multiple Properties files can affect the same block, but only the first file in the order of the file will be used.

Note: This CTM resetting version: Connected Texture Mod (connected texture) does not support MCPatcher and Optifine format resource packages.

Better Glass

Based on the connection texture, better glass is added to the glass square and glass plate. The function that allows the tattoo package to customize transparency is added.

Better / customized sky box MCPatcher supports custom sky boxes!Multiple sky boxes can be mixed in different ways and set out in different world time.

Better sky only supports the main world, and does not support the boundary and end.

Custom ites textures (CIT)

CTM is used for squares and CIT is used for various items.You can customize items and armor appearance through the durability, quantity and other NBT data (name, enchantment, description, etc.).

The Properties file of the CIT is in the assets/Minecraft/MCPatcher/CIT folder or any subfaming folder of the resource package.

Note: Optifine has included this function since 1.8, and the HD repair of 1.7.10 includes related code but not realized; the module that realizes this function of 1.17 and above is to see Cit Resewn.

Install

The downloaded MCPatcher jar / exe is a Java program. After double -clicking, it will automatically scan the various versions of the official launch folder (%AppData% /. Minecraft).Module function, click Patch to install.

With Forge / LiteLoader

Minecraft images

Install the Forge / LiteLoader first, and then select the installed Forge / Liteloader version in the upper version of the McPatcher and Patch.

Note: MCPatcher is not compatible with all Forge versions!

After testing all versions of MC 1.6.2 and above, MCPatcher and the latest Forge version will start failure or enter the World Times wrong collapse at the same time!

However, based on this, MCPatcher, MineCraft Forum posts that installed guidelines at the same time, and installed guidelines at the same time, 1.7.10 McPatcher's last compatible Forge version is 10.13.2.1291.
