This is a very simple module, just let you use Minecraft 1.16.5+ light and shadow here, that's all.

Use

Install the Forge and Optifineg5 version in 1.12.2, and then add this module to the MODS folder;

Switch 1.12.2 or 1.16.5 on the right side of the light and shadow selection interface to freely switch the rendering mechanism, block ID, and atmosphere value mechanism;

Choose 1.16.5+ light and shadow you want to use.

Precautions

If you have a strange rendering problem, try to repeat the rendering mechanism between 1.12.2 and 1.16.5
