According to a former Turn 10 Studios employee, Xbox has shut down the development team of its simulation racing series Forza.

Former Turn 10 Studios content coordinator Fred Russell shared on social media that the studio has closed the Forza-Racing department and the development team no longer exists.He expressed his grief over the changes, noting that the simulation racing series was once one of the industry's top productions.

Former Turn 10 community operations expert Kayla Gulo expressed doubts about Russell's message, saying that the studio has not closed despite massive layoffs.In response, Russell responded that the studio will continue to operate to support the Forza Horizon series, and the relevant departments that are closed for Forza Horizon.Guluo later added that she had known about this and that Turn 10 may mainly take on the role of maintaining the studio in the future.
