In an interview promoting his upcoming new Hundred Line, Taro Yoko explores the application of artificial intelligence technology in game development and how he sees its impact on the creative industry.

He told Famitong: "I also think that AI will leave all game creators unemployed. 50 years later, game creators may be treated like bards.

I think in the near future we will move from an era where we have to imitate the style of the creators we love to an era where we can generate the scenes we love.Artificial intelligence will be able to see users’ preferences and subtly generate branch plots they want to read, and recommendation features will continue to improve.”

Yokoo Taro's most famous work is "Neil: Age of Mechanism".Neil: Age of Mechanicals was developed by Platinum Studios and released by SE. It was originally released on PS4 and PC platforms in 2017, and was launched on the Xbox One platform in 2018.The Switch version of the game was launched in October 2022 and has added a new exclusive outfit from the transplanted version.

Daniel Vávra, director of "God of Heaven: Save 2", recently said he hopes AI can help speed up the game production process because he has "excessive ideas."
