After contacting some art designers with relevant experience, we found that although they are outstanding in artistic expression, they are slightly insufficient in industrial sense and technical details. As a startup company, they have limited resources and are unable to recruit large-scalely, and they cannot afford high headhunting fees. Therefore, we decided to expand our search scope and find talents outside the traditional game industry. Most of the core members of Qianjun Studio are military fans and aerospace fans. Many members have worked in well-known game factories and are willing to reduce their salaries significantly for their dreams. Some team members even migrate with their families under salary cuts to join this project. In addition, there are also members who have switched to game development from other industries, who have resolutely given up their original careers that they have been deeply rooted in for many years because of their love of military science fiction."

It is worth mentioning that the scene design work in the project is Fan Wennan, the author of the "China 2098" series.Fan Wennan is a graduate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
