Recently, Ubisoft announced that Charlie Guillemot, son of Ubisoft founder and CEO, will work with Christophe Derennes as co-CEO of Ubisoft Tencent's joint venture subsidiary, focusing on core series such as "Assassin's Creed", "Far Cry" and "Rainbow Six".

Charlie Guillermott was previously in charge of Ubisoft's studio Owlient and joined Ubisoft's internal transformation team in 2025.Christoph Drenas has more than 35 years of experience in Ubisoft, is the founder of Ubisoft Montreal branch and most recently served as managing director of Ubisoft North America.
