Publisher Lyrical Games and "The Last Case of Benedict Fox" developer Plot Twist announced the launch of "Erosion", an open-world roguelike action game set in the American West.The game will be available for early access on Xbox Series X/S and PC platforms (Steam, Microsoft Store) in the spring of 2026, and will be officially released later in 2026 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Plot Twist CEO Tomasz Gawlikowski said in a press release: "We founded Plot Twist with the intention of making story-driven indie games with compelling gameplay at its core. In the gunfire of Time Eater, you are resurrected after each death, but years have passed in the world around you. This gives the story and action a unique emotional depth, making the process of saving your daughter even more touching. We can't wait for players to experience it all."
