Nvidia releases hotfix driver to fix performance degradation caused by Win updates

Nvidia has released a new GeForce hotfix graphics driver, version number 581.94.The driver is based on the latest GeForce Game Ready driver version 581.80, which was released two weeks ago and features day-one optimizations for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Europa Universalis V, and Anno 117: Pax Romana.

After the Game Ready driver was released, users reported performance degradation on some PC games after updating to Windows 11 October 2025 KB5066835 [5561605].

The GeForce hotfix driver fixes this problem, so if you encounter this problem, you may want to download the graphics card driver immediately.Otherwise, the fix will be included in the next Game Ready driver.
